What did you bring it in to be serviced for?

They certainly confirmed that your seat belt warning beep is working perfectly.

 

Those turnabouts are so confusing but they seem to work a lot better than stop signs. They probably wouldn't be so confusing if there were more of them here.

 

They seemed to have:

1. Checked lights were working.
2. Had a brief look at one wiper condition.
3. Took it for a spin.

 

They might not be too keen appearing in a posted video without permission. The guy was just doing his job, probably not paid all that much and it's not fair to have his face posted on the internet like this.

I'd be less than impressed if it were me.

 

Well that was scary I think in part due to the narrower view than if riding and able to see everything and in part due to being used to the opposite side of the road. That's not criticism, just comment. It was interesting and you'd hate to think you pay full price for no more than that. I presume it seemed silent at times because it was slow enough to be electric only? And once moving fast the sound kicked in because the IC engine started? Cool video. Thanks.

 

that was really cool! you could work for the nsa. i thought he was very deliberate and respectful. this could be a whole new way to see if they really do what they claim to do. the sound maybe more important than the video, thanks!

 

So did they do the oil change?

 

I was keenly watching to see how he drove and he drive ok. That's always a relief to know.

I remember being cut up a friends Range Rover a few years ago and watched in horror as he drove like a complete idiot around a roundabout and zoomed off up the road like a mad man. I gave him a call on his mobile to tell him what a prat I thought he was and connected with him on his holidays in Europe somewhere! Turns out he'd left his car with the garage to do some work on it and some 'oik' from the service dept had 'borrowed' the car to collect the sandwiches!

I believe there were some very strong and stern words said that afternoon.

Moral of story; always drive someone elses car with care as you never know who's watching

 

I read somewhere that we get filmed about 75 times a Day at retailers, gas stations, ATM's, intersections,work, etc.

 

I loaded an app called ispy that shows web cams from all over the world and on some of them you can zoom in to see the persons features.

 

i think you need a cam fastened to the inside of the hood.
