These are Weathertech in-channel I have had the Wades before on my Honda no problems..............I think they look a little more sleek than the stick on ones

When I got mine, Weathertech hadn't started producing for the 2010, otherwise I would have purchased them. I prefer the look of the in-channel ones.

The ones that tape to the outside of the frame are actually less prone to leaking since they do not interfere with the window channel at all.
I've used surface mount visors for several years and never had a problem.

i agree i had the in channel in another car and it leaked abit. i bought the AVS stick on a year ago and love them had them in temps over 100 and no issue falling off.
i think these might come up to a person taste as i have seen positive reviews for both types

    I have both, WeatherTech In-Channel ('12 Odyssey) & AVS stick-on Deflectors ('13 Prius).

    WeatherTech:
Pro: Looks good, Made in Germany, Good quality.
Con: Cracking noise when installations, Rear pieces edge broken within 2-months, can hear dirt grinding when roll-up.

    AVS Ventshade:
Pro: Easy installs, No interference with windows up & down.
Con: Thin deflectors, not stylish as JDM.

Both are good, just a personal preference......

Ive read that the window seal isnt as tight after installation. Does anyone experience and increase in outside noise while driving with the in-channel ones???

The fit is decent. There is still the small gap on the back window when the window is rolled down, even slightly, where the window opening is at an angle at the top rear.

The one thing I noticed, looking from the inside of the car out, is that the shades aren't really clear. They're slightly opaque so you can't really see through them. :(

Notice how the view through the visor is cloudy and difficult to see through? The acrylic material my visors are made of are very clear and are easy to see through.

Don't these two statements directly contradict each other? The optical clarity of the more expensive ones seems to be fine though, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Yes they do, sorry. I meant to say the acrylic material on the window shades on my Camry are clear.
