    No.

The Hybrid Battery is 201 volts. It is rare for a dealer to have a charger for it, they are mostly kept at Toyota Regional.

An example is of page 6 of this PDF http://www.autoshop101.com/forms/Hybrid15.pdf

Very brave folks have disassembled the 28 cells and charged each individual cell with 7.2 volts.

I have a battery charger for the first and second Gen batteries. Very few people have these ;-)

As a comparison, there's a method for charging the civic hybrid battery in-car. It requires first removing the battery and installing temperature sensors and splicing in a wiring harness. It's pretty involved, will set you back about $1000, and requires a fair bit of DIY and learning.

Personally I think I'd prefer to just go with a new or refurb replacement battery.

The first version of the Prius came with it's own HV battery charger built into the car. It charged the battery from a 12 volt car battery. One of these chargers would work on the gen1 Prius if you could obtain one from Japan.
