I think I got it. For example, with a add-to-circuit fuse. I insert one side of the blue line from the daylight 8 control box and use lighter to heat it up connect them together and then insert in the fuse box. Am I right?

No lighter needed just put in wire and pinch the end. Since the day I was working on it the temp was over 90's so maybe that softened it up.
I did add a bead of silicon on the end as well.

    Hello everyone,

I hope my question is on the topic here.

I ordered Philips DRL DayLight 9 WLED 12831 and had it installed on my 2009 Prius. However, I have a strange feeling it does not deliver the daylight visibility I was expecting. I am right?

If yes, what would you suggest be the reason:

    - improper connection? not enough power supplied to the modules?
    - wrong angle of mounting?
    - some manufacturing defect of the modules?

I attach a couple of pictures and would very much appreciate your comments.

    Thanks a lot,

    Martin

@Martin, the Philips Daylight DRLs are plenty bright. That said, your problem most likely, is that the LEDs aren't mounted at the proper angle(s).

They need to be pointing straight ahead, or slightly up, not down. And no skewing to either side, but pointing straight ahead.
