I bought this from Amazon. It's made of rubber and fits 13.5" to 14.5" wheel. Quite a tight fit to install but fits perfectly after installed.

Sorry, don't mean to offend, but that looks terrible. It doesn't even go all the way around the inside of the wheel.

Why does it have to go around the inside of the wheel? I only touch the outside. I just hope I can find one made of leather, but this will work for now.

I have a genuine leather cover of the same type for my other Eclipse which worked well, that's why I bought this one...

Or the ultimate upgrade, one of the JDM wood/leather or all leather steering wheels. 5 minutes to swap out and no sore fingers either.

Right, but that's order of magnitude more expensive. :(

I am aware of Wheelskins too, but I don't like the way it wraps around the spokes.

Yes, that's why you're holding onto your $16 wheel cover and save up ;) Unless you're the cheap type, $200 or so is pretty much at the low end of the mods we do here.

I'm used to the feeling of the leather steering wheel cover, and I am willing to pay more for a genuine leather. But I can't find any with the proper size (except some cheap eBay claimed to be leather). Wheelskins seems to be the only choice.

I am still thinking to get the TRD rear sway bar or not (a bit more than $200 haha), but so far it handles okay to me so I don't feel the need yet.

I already did OEM all weather floor mat, rear bumper protector, Xenon Supply 4300k HID and Philips CrystalVision Ultra 9005 high beam... Not really into the LED interior lights.

Not going to switch to bigger wheels neither, got tired of the 235/40/R18 on the Eclipse already.

Where have you seen them for $200? Last time I checked the cheapest source seemed to be Nigel and I think he wanted close to $500 (plus prob tax shipping etc)

$500 is for Black Carbon, which is a lot more expensive than the piano black that most of us have. Piano Black is $210 through Nigel, but he does give cash discounts so it'd be $190 if you pay in cash and pick up locally.

That's for the OEM leather steering wheel. No reason to get that when the JDM one is much nicer and significantly cheaper (at least the piano black).

I was actually thinking of this one: Leather wrapped JDM Wheel

That is the one that I want... but haven't been able to justify spending more than double the price of the Piano black one that would probably look just as nice.

Yeah, don't bother with OEM, even JDM OEM found on the Prius G, etc. The JDM aftermarket is much nicer, more substantial and has finger intentations. They also make all leather versions like custom steering wheel | PriusChat You can ask Nigel if he can special order it for you and it'd be cheaper too.

I honestly think this wheel cover looks better than the wheelskin cover. I have yet to see one finished product that doesn't look bad.

Lol. Off topic, but how do you manage to get sub 40 mpg on your Prius?
