JuicedHybrid Purchase Claim

    A few correspondance by emails & phone calls still didn't get me to the manager.
    But finally, I got the refund on the product (not including shipping cost), I'm happy that I finally got the right person to deal with & got through the refund process.
    This is definitely a lesson learnt dealing with a retailer remotely far away for huge part that may not have good packaging for the long distance handling & dealing with their staffs may need a lot of patience especially they kept repeating on same type of questions.
    Thank you for the advice, everyone. Below was a long list of chronology of the whole process I've layout in my last email to Ms. S before they agreed for the product refund.

    Chronology of events
    24 Oct 2011 I’ve reported the item is broken with photo & mentioned that I’ve refused to accept the delivery at the post office
    28 Oct 2011 Ms. T acknowledged & said that I’ll be getting the refund once the item is received by JuicedHybrid
    28 Oct 2011 I asked how much is the refund
    31 Oct 2011 Ms. T clarified only the product amount will be refunded but not the shipping cost
    31 Oct 2011 I asked for the reason the shipping cost is not refunded but no response
    03 Jan 2012 I sent the official letter from Pos Malaysia requesting JuicedHybrid to report to USPS for investigation
    03 Jan 2012 Ms. T acknowledged
    13 Jan 2012 I had asked the status of the report from USPS
    13 Jan 2012 Ms. T informed that USPS had sent the report to the wrong address & was getting the report sent to her
    01 Feb 2012 I asked again the status of the report
    02 Feb 2012 Ms. T updated that the manager had the report & will send a copy but there’s no report received & no update
    27 Jun 2012 I asked again for the status
    28 Jun 2012 Ms. T updated that the USPS report stated USPS & Pos M’sia are not responsible for the damage
    28 Jun 2012 I asked again what to do next & about the refund, again no response
    14 July 2012 I received the report from USPS sent by Ms. T, stating they’re not responsible & the packaging is improper by the shipper, again no response
    23 Oct 2012 I asked again for the status
    23 Oct 2012 Ms. T asked if I received the item physically
    24 Oct 2012 I clarified it again that I refused to accept the delivery then no response
    30 Nov 2012 I asked again for the status
    30 Nov 2012 Ms. T asked for the photo again
    01 Dec 2012 I pointed it out I’ve sent it in first email & re-attached the photo & sent to her by email
    08 Dec 2012 I asked again for the status but no response
    10 Mar 2013 I asked again for the status but no response
    04 Jun 2013 I asked again for the status
    05 Jun 2013 Ms. T just informed there won’t be refund
    05 Jun 2013 I requested to have a conversation with the manager but no response
    05 Jun 2013 Ms. T asked the same thing again if I’ve refused to accept the delivery & if the post office or I’ve sent the item back
    06 Jun 2013 I clarified all over again from top then no response again
    08 Jul 2013 I asked again for the status
    09 Jul 2013 Ms. T FINALLY clarified that the post office needs the item to be received then filed for claim & that the refund needs to be done by the post office instead of JuicedHybrid (I totally couldn’t understand why P.O. is responsible for the refund)
    10 Jul 2013 I gave up the shipping cost refund & demanded only the product cost refund is fine but no response
    29 Jul 2013 I asked again for the status but no response
    30 Jul 2013 I called JuicedHybrid, Ms. J answered & informed that Ms. T will respond to my email but nothing received after that
    07 Aug 2013 I asked again for the status but no response
    21 Aug 2013 I asked again for the status but no response
    10 Sep 2013 I asked again for the status but no response
    12 Sep 2013 I called JuicedHybrid again, Ms. S answered & informed that she’ll clarify with her manager
    12 Sep 2013 Ms. S emailed to inform JuicedHybrid will proceed the refund
    13 Sep 2013 The product cost was refunded by PayPal with a 5% charge
