I'm looking for my first car, and found this deal from a dealership. KBB retail price is a tad below $13K, but I'm tempted by the low mileage and unexpired battery warranty. What do you think?

A dealer usually is not going to be far off the book price. KBB is right there based on the info provided. That's the fair retail not knowing what package or options. Loaded and clean with maintenance records and clean CarFax, sounds like a good price. A fall back position, another Prius, is good to have while negotiating.

sounds a tad high, but every part of the country is different. all you can do is compare it to what all else is out there. if you decide to go for it, make an offer and see what they come back with. i'd start at 11,000.

Bought my 06 package 6 clean title prius with 59k miles for $10k from a big Oklahoma dealer.

Depending on what package that prius you looking at, 13k is on high side. I would start with 10k and go from there.
