My wife and I each got a new Prius last month and I recall there is roadside assistance for two years or 25,000 miles. I confirmed that on the Toyota website for owners. I checked the section for my Prius and it gave no further info. No explanation as to how to contact them, telephone number or how to prove I qualify. I don't expect to need it, but how would I obtain it. Would it be through Entune? I bought a maintenance plan last time (with my 2011 Prius) and had a card with a telephone number and ID number. Thanks.

Wow, I didn't notice that. Hope I didn't throw it away.

Just received the roadside assistance info today, a little more than a month after purchase. So, it looks like there are little ID cards after all.

The phone number for Toyota Roadside Assistance is 800-297-0486.

I'm wondering though, has anyone had occasion to have to use it? Can I drop my AAA card for 2 years?

You can also download the Toyota roadside assistance app for Android and I assume Iphone as well.
Installed that before I even bothered to try Entune.

Thanks, I didn't know about the app. Just downloaded it on my iPhone and registered my VIN.
