Yea, i figured the DRL's can shine all the time for safety and look cool, when i get the fuse tap i will upload a pic. Any ideas on the extra 12V prongs and what they might handle? Or if they should be tapped?

I tapped the lower one in your pic to power the battery terminal of the relay for my HID fog lights. I got a kit that has he Yaris switch that fits in the panel on the left side of the dash and tapped the parking light wire for signal to the relay. Works great so I think you are fine tapping this one for your battery line on your relay. You might want to get the Yaris fog light switch to turn on your drl's.

Search my threads for a link to how to hook up the Yaris switch if you are interested.

Those extra terminals in the engine compartment fuse box are hot all the time, you want something that is on only in Ready mode.

They are OK to use for foglights, etc because they supply power via a relay that is switched via a separate trigger wire.
