Wire tapping the rear speakers for a Sub, 2013 Prius Three

    Has anyone tapped in to their rear speakers for a sub in a 2013? I read the very helpful thread "Subwoofer install for dummies" but the wire colors are different to the plug, yet still red/white at the speaker. The wires at the top of the plug are green/yellow on my 2013, not red white like the thread above mentions.
    Has anyone been into their 2013 Prius wiring yet? If I tap into the top two wires in the plug will that get me the speaker wires?

    Not sure what system you have but if this will help I tapped the wires coming off of my amp. The front door speakers act as the subs on the JBL system. It was easiest for me to do it this way. [​IMG]

    If i change the JBL Audio System is it possible? The Steering Wheel Control is it still working? Because I unplug the JBL Audio system behind connector. The Steering Wheel Control is not work, including Vol + / -, Temp, DISP and Trip.

    How can I do?

    Or the 4 channel version for a 4 channel amp.

    I would suggest tapping off of the rear speakers.

    I checked Prius 2012 and 2010. They are different on the cable.
    2010 is using 20pin.
    2012 is using 28pin.

    In JBL Amp, 2010 is 3 connector. 2012 only 2.
