Hey just wondering to the people out there that did drop there C with yaris coils did you have to mod them in anyway or did they just bolt right on? Im looking at a set of tein street basics that a friend wants to get rid of they were on his 2011 yaris 3door. If anyone has any feed back from those coilovers too that would be great too. Thanks ahead of time : )

Although the parts may fit, the weight distribution is different and will create an imbalance. Prius C is heavier in the back and will droop with regular Yaris springs. Here is a great thread that includes suspension changes: cAstro my Prius c: Project thread | PriusChat

They 100% bolt-in; the suspension is identical between the Yaris and Prius C. The differences are in the damper and spring tuning. Since the Prius C is slightly lighter up front and heavier in back, the only way I recommend adapting Yaris suspension pieces is to be able to adjust the ride height so you can keep the chassis attitude similar to stock. FYI, the geometry of this car is best when the car is lowered about 1 inch. More than 1.5" lower than stock starts pushing the roll centers to undesirable locations and the induced understeer counteracts the improvement in CG.

I wouldn't stress too much about the spring rate changes, as there's nothing you can do unless you go full-custom. Putting Yaris coilovers with their respective spring rates will induce some understeer and some slightly floaty bump compliance at low speeds, but the car will feel more stable at high speeds. You can counteract the understeer by adding a rear anti-roll bar. In the end, you can make it work quite well.

    How do you like them?

In my experience, they ride very stiff due to the short stroke.

You sure about C being lighter in front than the Yaris ? Ours was 44 lb heavier; the aftermarket lowering springs had no effect on the weight distribution. Its still 61% front and 39% rear. Disconnecting the front antisway bar substantailly reduced the understeer, thank goodness. And so does wider wheels with less offset. (effectively widening track). Take a look at you tube's Prius Handling. Keepig up with S200 and Caddy in corners ain't haf bad.

Drop looks great. Have you attempted to max out the ride height to see how low you can get? im in the market for coilovers and looking for one that can get me low as possible. Would like to know if Megans would be right for me.
