    Hello
This is my first post to the forums but believe me, I've been using this site for help for a long time now lol
Anyways to my question.. I can't help but to be bothered by the way my 09 Prius sets lower in the rear than the front.. it absolutely drives me insane! I would like to just lower the front 1" and go with 17"s or 18"s. I've lowered many cars but I haven't ever lowered the front or rear only. I honestly think it would make the rear "sloppy" but I don't know for sure. Thanks for any input!

Lower all four. Your ride quality will be horrible. Stiff in front (assuming your buying new springs and not cutting the existing) and loose in back is not a good combo.

That's how I felt. I think I'm going to go with h&r since that's what I have on my Lexus and the ride is amazing. A thanks for the help!

That would give you the opposite effect to what you want, stiff rear and softer front suspension with front wheel drive. Although using lowering springs will stiffen your shocks and cause them to wear quicker.

That is not quite correct. When you use a matched setup, struts that are designed for lowered springs, the ride is still good.

He mentioned lowering springs not coil overs so ya this is correct
