I just bought my new 2013 Nautical Blue Metallic Prius yesterday. I was driving a 2000 Chevy Cavalier before, so this is quite the step up! So far I'm happy with my first car purchase, and I'm sure that will continue as I get used to it. Any and all suggestions are welcome! I'm glad I found this forum so I can maximize my Prius ownership. =)

A guy at work is working on putting 300,000mi. on his Cavalier, he's happy with it. You made a wise replacement choice.

Very nice color, my favorite. :D

I feel the factory horns in the Prius are woefully inadequate. There is an excellent writeup for an inexpensive horn upgrade, link is in my signature below. I truly believe that this upgrade has paid for itself many times over, as I've had to use my upgraded horns several times already. ;)

Suggestion. Click on to You Tube, type in "How to drive a Prius". Watch a couple of the videos and you will get the idea of how to coast for max gasoline mileage. You have a great car. Enjoy it.
