    Hi there...

I bought a 2013 prius two, and I'm very impressed with the mods you guys have done. I really like the folding / lighted LED side mirrors. I never even knew this existed. Perhaps I need to pay better attention to the Prii of Phoenix.

My prius is bone stock for now - but I'll start catching up. I'm already building a shopping list on amazon and ebay. I've picked up the torque app, and ordered a bluetooth obd adapter. I'm looking forward to using the pid codes and getting rid of some of the annoying beeps...

The mod I've done was my center console. I didn't like the fact it was just an empty hole - and it ended up looking like a junk drawer.

So I made this (sorry. I can't post links.)

My other hobby is 3d printing - and I designed and printed an organizer that I could stow all my stuff, and make it look better then before.

It's no where near the technical difficulty of what you've done - but I'm still happy with the results.

Thanks for a great forum - I look forward to learning more from you guys an following in your footsteps.

welcome! someone else recommended a plastic trader joe's licorice container and it works pretty well. it sit's in the top of the console perfectly and hangs on the edges. easy to lift out and replace for anything underneath. can't wait to see what you've done. all the best!(y)

Just picked up our 2013 last night... wondering about that "hole" under the center console ourselves - ours in a pkg 3 probably looks just the same as yours... do you have any photos? I can't see what you did. Bravo for wanting it more organized though, I think you are spot-on about a junk drawer effect if not careful.

Personally, I miss the drawer that came out under the armrest center - under the front cup holder of our old '08. That was the perfect place to store a microfiber cloth and some wipes...

I've seen a insert for that part with upholders and a small storage area. Goes for about 35 I think

I had a hanging shelf - but my wife took it and gave it to a friend. I'm not bummed - I'll make another - that one I wasn't too happy with.

As far as costs - it's hard to judge. The printers aren't too bad - couple hundred bucks - but like everything else - that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Costs to print it - a couple of bucks.

I'm on the road for a few more days - when I get home - I'll print a shelf and see if I can get a photo up there. I love it for stuff like this.
