Hello everyone who is reading. Yesterday was installing HID on my 2010 prius and noticed there is a glare from one of the projectors. See pics attached. First i thought that this glare caused my HID bulbs but then carefully looked at picture that i took before installation, with old halogen bulbs and tree is same glare even tho its weaker because halogens are weaker then HID. So please look at the right light - its even and smooth and nice. Now look at the left light, it has some kind of Mickey Mouse ears above the light line. Any suggestions? I suspect the projector. If thats the case, can it be replaced without replacing whole headlamp assy? Looking forward to your replies.

This with halogen bulbs - even here can see slight glare. IMG_3203.JPG With HID bulbs. Can clearly see glare above center of the left light

It's from the squirrel finder cutouts. I admit the pattern on the driver's side does look a little strange. Normally, they just appear as a rectangle of light above the cutoff, like it does on your passenger side light.

The cutout on the driver's side probably has some kind of irregularity causing the strange pattern.

Thank you! Do you think this glare would severely affect road surface lightning and/or blind the upcoming traffic?
