Ok, so for the first mod that I was planning on was to get some pedal covers to dress up the interior and give better foot coverage...but alas, utter failure...

    I tried these:

Pilot Automotive/2 pcs. red and black aluminum tuner pedal pads (PM-2318R) | Pedal Pads-Universal | AutoZone.com

These are awful, the gas pedal was unable to clamp down at all and the break pedal was barely holding on.

While they looked good, matched the color scheme I was going for, and were cheap (yes I know, I get what I pay for). Stay away, stay very far away.

If you want top of the line consider Ultimate Pedals. I see you're into red. Ultimate Pedals doesn't offer coloring services, but you can always take the set to a local shop and get it powdercoated in red. Frosted is the best finish to get if you plan to powdercoat.
