    Hello all

My 2010 prius III is nearing 100k miles. Any idea what scheduled maintenance needed at 100k miles?

So far the only maintenance is oil changes ( i do it myself, every 7500 miles, toyota 0w20), air filters and transmission oil change at about 60k miles.

Everything else is original including 12v battery. No after market mods. Just recently thinking of HID kits.

    Thanks!

Engine and inverter coolants at 100k, spark plugs at 150k.

I would recommend a brake fluid flush, but only by someone who understands and has access to the Toyota Techstream scan tool.

Thanks for responses. I plan to take it to dealer for this major service.

For brake pads/rotors, in there any warning noise comes up when the pads are getting thin like a scraping noise or any other warning messages? If brake pads not needed i would like to take it to dealer only around 120K miles.

This is a daily driver car and plan to drive as long as possible but don't want to take to dealer often as in my experience they cause more damage.

You can visually see the thickness of the pads, if they look low, it's best you get it professionally assessed. Brake inspections are usually free
