I'm also pretty interested to see what may be upcoming for the 2015 models. I haven't browsed around enough on the forums within the past couple of weeks to necessarily link you to anything. I definitely am going to do some research soon though. Maybe a Google search would suffice!

Toyota's been tight lipped about their upcoming Prius. Electronic and mechanical efficiency progress has been mentioned in some publications. We're all waiting to see what's next!

New design ICE that is supposed to be 8 % more thermal efficient + lighter traction motor. Also, body and chassis drops about 250 lbs which would suggest a lot of aluminum body work. All in all, it should equate to about 5 MPG better fuel mileage. Design...who knows

The 2015 should be exactly like the 2014. The Gen IV Prius will probably be released mid-year as a 2016 model. Just like the Gen III was released mid-2009.

[ in my best Orson Wells voice impersonation ] "...Toyota will release no new Prius before its time..."

I thought the next gen Prius was 2016- not 2015. Is that not right?
