It is, but it's also an English language forum and the number of Japanese speakers/readers are quite low in number.

Patience is key. What you ask is a common question from people who have purchased ex JDM cars and shipped them to Africa or Asia. You might also want to provide a fuller screen shot of the screen along with what it is you're hoping to establish from the display. Is there a problem with the car? Is it not doing something you'd hoped? A failed/failing 12v is often a problem on this ex JDM cars that may have sat in the docks for months on end.

Can I get a manual alone for MFD?

Just done a search on google and from what I can see the text on the bottom left of your photo says "consumption", the text to the right of it say "current consumption" and the text higher up next to the electric motor says "electric motor".

In fact, there are more screen shots that I could care to read and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for with a little investigation.

If I recall from previous responses to similar threads, the JDM MFD doesn't have a change language option. Though I could be wrong.

I'm pretty sure that if you find English screenshots, you'll be able to understand the Japanese ones.

I can read the kana. The upper left just says "Audio" and the center text on the screen just says "Motor" (right next to the little icon that looks like a motor). :)

But yes, if you find images of all the English screens, you will have it in English as they pretty much correspond.

You could also have pieced together from the "0.0 km/l" that the text next to it means "(Fuel) Consumption". I presume it's not called "Mileage" since, well.. you and the car use kilometers..

This screenshot is just to be taken as examples guys.. I was looking like more of a complete manual where every function is laid down and how to use it.
I have searched literally everything and didn't even get close to what I need :S

Unfortunately that's the chance one takes buying a JDM grey import. You'll probably find the fm frequency band is different too, usually starting at 77 mhz instead of 88 and often finishing about 93 instead of 108.

Now whether you can fit an international version is another matter.

No. I have a RHD Prius and there's no box under my passenger seat. Is it a CD/DVD multidisc player? The SatNav dvd unit? do not know.

Yes, that's correct. Regardless of whether your car is a LHD or a RHD, the units under the front seats are the same (if fitted). The unit under the LH front seat is the Sat/Nav unit and DVD reader. The unit under the RH front seat is the JBL stereo amp.
