i just noted that it says: Bulb Note:Unless otherwise noted, our lights do not include bulbs, though occasionally lighting manufacturers do include bulbs in the lights.

That's probably a standard disclaimer they use on all their tail light assemblies. In your case, all LEDs will be included. Any replaceable incandescent bulbs not included can be swapped over from your old assembly to the new before installation.

i also noted on this forum that someone took their prius to the dealership to get the bulb replaced... the led brake light bulb for $21 I wonder if its that easy.

the Led's are what I need so perfect I am not worried about the other bulbs. I just need to swap out the old one for the new, get my brake lights working so i can pass my inspection! SO I am hoping that is all that needs to be done and its nothing else... will repost as soon as the part comes in and I do it myself! Thanks

    So I followed this video

53 minutes later and a whole mess of sweat from the hot Texas Sun, I have a operating tail light assembly ready to pass my inspection! Thanks Everyone!!!! Feeling really accomplished and proud from tackling this by myself and not depending on my boyfriend to help, just his tools!
