Well, I'm really bummed, cause IKKI-81 has, for whatever unknown "manufacturing issues" they have, refunded my $$$ for the rear hatch spoiler/visor:

    and the hood bonnet:

that I had bought from them... VERY bummed. It is the ONLY hood spoiler/bonnet I've seen for the Prius that is not just a flat piece across the wiper area. It's more like what the Celica had on it. And, I had specifically gone with the IKKI rear hatch spoiler/visor because it was HIGHER than other manufacturers' models, like KairaKenstyle, Aimgain, etc...

SO, would you kind people be so helpful as to help me find another solution for these 2 items, from possibly a manufacturer I haven't run across yet, that would be as close as possible to these 2 items? FYI, I am open to the hatch visor being a hard, smoked acrylic type (the material that the side door visors is made out of) like my RX-7 has:

    Thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look at the bright side. Your car won't look too busy and you know what people say about cars that look too busy.

Haha... I say you go for it. Get it wrapped in chrome vinyl for a short bit, jack it up on hydraulics.

What does the hood bonnet actually do, other than stimulate the economy?

I'm in the process of building an add-on, like on the front bottom corner of the black car pictured above. I dragged mine against a curb in the church parking lot and want to avoid doing it again.

I did the same thing, and I pulled out the little screws under the front lip that screw into the black plastic part that covers underneath the car below the engine area....

So if you have the add-on installed and you were to drag your front bottom corner against a curb again, you're left with an add-on with curb rash that looks like an eyesore and you have to live with it?

I do see a lot of Gen IIIs with curb rash on the front bottom corner so it's a rather common problem, but I think the real solution is to drive more carefully.

no, I caught the corner of the bumper..and I got it good. I'll upload a pic later. When, not if, I do it again, I pop off the add-on, and have it fixed without having the whole car at the shop.

I drive carefully, and really don't need a lecture about that, but who really needs curbs that are a foot high? Did I see it? Nope!

Well, I decided to go with the SilkBlaze rear hatch spoiler...

I decided it would go with my Beat-Sonic shark fin antenna, and the Kaira rear wing I bought to go with my kit.

It will "progress" from the peaks on both ends of the wing, to the peaks of the hatch spoiler, to the single peak of the shark fin....kinda like an imaginary Christmas tree! lol
