Ordered both braces, enroute now, I have no idea of the torque value of the bolts going back in, or-- if it is even necessary to properly torque them. Also, I have no idea of how to look this up.... was hoping some of the members perhaps would know. Thanks in advance.
When your package arrives the instructions may very well have torque instruction. You can also check on the net, there's guidelines, average torque values for various bolt diameters. Be careful, it's typically diameter at the thread, not socket driver size.
The instructions that you get will be in Japanese. Here are the installation instructions in English. They will NOT have the torque specs.
