I thought I had read that the Prius Plug In ADVANCED came with 3 year maintenance not 2 year. Can anyone verify this?? I know the road service is 3 year but I thought the Advanced came with an extra year.

IIRC, the third year of roadside service was added in the first year of the PiP when there was a lot of squawking by customers about the lack of a spare tire. The factory sponsored free maintenance plan was always two years or 25 k miles, but some dealers added to that on their own. When I helped my daughter buy her 2011 Prius the dealer sweetened the deal by offering one extra year up to 36k miles, which got her through the first cabin and engine air changes along with a third oil change, all at no charge to her. Their cost to do that was probably no more than $100, if that, but bought them way more in customer satisfaction.
