    Anyone own one?

I would like to know how difficult it is to role up to access the storage compartments.

You just pull it out. I wouldn't try to roll it up, it's pretty stout material.

I just open the hatch with it in place, it bends pretty easily.

Trivial. I keep a few golf clubs in the rear compartment under the plastic flap, the original carpet trunk mat and a Weathertech trunk mat and I can easily get at the clubs with no problem without removing either mat. I pulled the trunk mat out today after a run to the dump with some yard debris and the mat flexes. Hose it off, sun dried and back in it goes. Had one on my Honda CRV, wouldn't have a SUV without one.

Now have a bunch of luggage in the trunk and it doesn't matter how many mats or what kind, you still have to remove them to get to the spare.

    Is the cargo mat
Yes I have one but it doesn't fit in my 2012 v ( lowercase v ) The WeatherTech 40400 cargo mat does not even come close to fitting at the space over the rear passenger side tire i.e. from the rear, to the right.
When I called WeatherTech Customer support they were totally uncooperative and refused a return, insisting that it does fit. I suggested that perhaps the part no. was correct but somehow a wrong mat was shipped. I then sent them images of the grossly improper fit but they stopped communicated.
The WeatherTech mats are awesome and I wish this one fit; pretty disappointing when customer service, however, is absent.

The model number 40400 is for the Prius, Not the Prius v ( lowercase v ).

I have the #40537, which fits like a glove. I think you have the wrong product.

Oh crap, you're right. Guess I'll have to check this forum to see if if I can sell it to a Prius owner.
    Thanks!
