    I think it would have been better as limited episode mini-series. Like true detective or Fargo. Stay closer to the book. Right now it's pretty much run off the pages.

    As a long-time hard-SF reader, I watched a few minutes of the first episode, said to my wife, "This is crap," and walked out of the room. She watched the rest of the episode before she gave up on the show.

    Did Stephen show up in the first episode of Season 1? If he did I didn't notice. He does have a "moment" in season 2 opener. ;)

    Streaming it right now. They def should have stuck closer to the book instead of trying to stretch it. I'll still try to finish it.

    Every time I see the Prius I get excited lol
