First, Many thanks to all of those who posted guidance and pictures for Clazzio seat covers. I installed mine (Gray Leather) in a dark gray interior 2013 Prius Three. It took about four hours and the results are “wife approved.” The seats are more comfortable and I doubt anyone would notice they are seat covers. Based on my research and experience with the installation I made a few alterations:
    1. I did NOT install the back seat “wing” covers. I did wrestle with both pieces before I made the decision. I am pleased with the cleaner fit and finish. The wing pieces did not match the original cloth seat material to begin with. Some may disagree with the short cut.
    2. I did not install the cover on the front console/arm rest for the same reason. The contrasting black and gray leather look fine. The Clazzio cover looked a bit sloppy. Some may disagree with the approach.

The beauty of this approach is that I can always change my mind and add the pieces later. I highly recommend the Clazzio seat covers.

Other Recent Mods: Black Weather Tech Floor Liners and Virginia legal window tint (50%/35%)

    Looks good CSMgms!
I initially installed my wing covers... but ended taking them out. The passenger side one looked awkward to me so I just removed them all together. To me I think it still looks great without them! (especially since my door panels are still stock cloth it matches with those)

How do the seat covers feel in the summer time. I am in Oklahoma and it gets in the 100's every summer. This is the only thing stopping me from buying them.

We have similar weather here in summer and I find mine perfectly comfortable.

The seats are comfortable with temps in the mid 90's where I live. I do have the solar roof and tinted windows which keep the cabin a bit cooler while parked. The Clazzio covers should certainly wear nicer in the long term vs. sweat soaked cloth.

Sorry if people have asked already: where did you guys order your seat covers? There are so many different places you can order from.

    Thanks!

The PVC is not perforated, right? So your good point about using perforated leather, might be a reason to go PVC instead?

What are the pros and cons of Clazzio PVC vs. the (perforated) leather. I was considering PVC with leather inserts, but now rethinking because of the above. Actually, besides having white dog hair getting embedded into our cloth, one of the main reasons we are looking at Clazzios is because we (OK my wife ;o) is prone to spilling coffee and stuff on seats.

So would ANY perforated seat material be a defacto disqualifier if spills are expected?

    CSM,
Would you be willing to post some pics of your window tint? I am trying to decide on % combination, and good pics in sunlight where tint shade difference between front and back door glass would be awesome! Being in Calif., NO tint is 'legal' on front door windows, but a tint shop said 50% front 'seems' passable (though he said 35% F&B was most popular).
Maybe it would be a better to post the pics to a popular tint thread here:
    Factory tint % ? | PriusChat

PS. Did you do 35% over the already dark small glass on hatch? If so, did that reduce visibility in a bad way (day or night?)

Big thanks in advance (especially if you have blizzard white ;o)

Sorry for the old thread resurrection...but I am mid install of my clazzio covers. In fact I can hardly type this message my hands are so sore. But I have a question for those who have done this before. Things are going well, but I can't quite get all the bubbles and wrinkles out of the sides of the front seats. Any tips? I can't see where the excess slack should be tucked in. Another issue I have is the outside plastic trim piece on the drivers side is not attached at the front. Not sure how else to explain it, but I cant tuck the seat portion in on the very front of the drivers seat. Any ideas? I can get some pictures uploaded tomorrow when its light out.

My hands were pretty sore and hurting as well when I did it. I think what I did on that situtiation was use that plastic piece that looks like a knife and tuck it in the bottom of the seats side. I hope that helps it was a lot of months since I did it. Good luck!

Ok, install is done. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out rear drivers seat is a little loose near the headrest but not too bad. Also put one of the $10 bbb bath pillows on the drivers seat. Quite a difference in lumbar support.
