Got my front license plate mounted finally. Used a eBay tow hook disassembled, sheet metal from Home Depot and a nylon spacer. Cut the spacer at an angle so the plate would line up with the shape of the bumper and bent the metal in a way that I could attach the license plate to the tow hook.

All depends on what you want to spend. You can do quite a bit with what you can find at HomeDepot for less than $50...plastidip a few things...paint the headlight housing...modify your grill... don't have to spend much to do those items.

in your experience,, about prius what is the modification that changes the most rims? I HAVE THE SILVER pine, I wish I have the black or the red one, its easier to make it look cool and sportier,,,

I plastidipped with 1 can of black, all emblems and dipped the grill. Install some springs while on the touring wheels and installed 15mm/20mm spacers, along with HIDs and LEDs, tint etc all items are affordable, mpgs aren't really affected.

gunmetal or bronze would still blend well our our silver pine mica prius... something with a dark shade would do.

Well have you posted more pics of the silvet pine mica mods? I know maybe some brown bronce titamium or black stickers lines would help to give more life to the prius design.. I like it but I want it more cool .may last car was vivic hybrid and I made a good job choosing mods..but this color is different.. I dont want to make it look ricer but sportier and cool

IMO stickers are throwbacks to 60s era drag racers and circle track racers
I just think the car is more worthy of clean custom car styling
I simply cant see Barris Kustoms with STP stickers on a 49' lead sled sloper

lowering and a wider wheel stance do wonders for this car
and has been pointed out it doesnt need to cost you an arm and a leg

stock wheels with photoshop spacers and lowering
and one more very subtle custom change, anyone notice what it is ?

Ok I know exactly what you mean I dont want to put letters oj my car Im more thinking about subtle lines across the car, I was thinking in get the 2010 prius sport rims 16inch or 17, dont know about losing mpgs! FE. That photoshoped pic make the car looks better hehe. One question the touring edition has the rear wing bigger?

well damn. if I lived in oz I'd have 2 giant fuel tanks hanging out the back, a weiand blower with a clutched pulley stickin thru the hood, an Australian shepherd dog to ride with me and a sawed off shotgun.

Yes 12" white XB strips. Couldn't find a reliable switch back light bar...I had hoped I could fit both ambler and white in the faux oem LED strip area but it won't fit, so just going with the white XB strip as a DRL. Testing the strips brightness...in the garage is always different than daylight, but they seem pretty bright.

    Up close..

    From a short distance.

MH1, really like the light output.

Then 'color tint' the shrouds and bowls to a black chrome and paint the housing.

    Should be fun! :)
