I don't really have any other vehicle options currently but I was on vacation a couple of weeks ago and used nothing but public transportation for a week and didn't experience any symptoms at all. Plane landed, got in my car. Bingo. Symptoms again. I just got a full check up at the doctor and everything seems A-ok. I have learned to ignore it most days. It has become a non issue but did find it very interesting to hear someone else experiencing the same thing.

I'm not sure but I think you can buy a cabin filter from Toyota that has charcoal in it. That might be worth a try for you. It would not cost much to try it. I am going to see if they have one for my Avalon because of my wife's allergies.

May give that a shot next time I'm at Toyota. Worth a try!

Vertigo can be caused by having an imbalance in the ear canal. There's a maneuver you can try to remedy it. Lot's of videos, this one's pretty straight forward.
