My 2012 Toyota Prius c Three is supposed to have a cargo cover, but the previous owner did not turn it in when he turned in the vehicle. I believe they run about $65 if you buy from Toyota. If anyone knows where I can buy one for less, please post. Thanks!

You can always look on ebay for a used one. But a new one will be around the price you listed.

Just in case, check under the flap of the rear storage compartment. There's a special holder for it in there.

Looked in the rear storage compartment. Found two mats above two pieces of black Styrofoam. Under the Styrofoam I see the spare and a case that I assume has the jack in it. There doesn't seem to be anything else there. Do you think I'm overlooking it? Thanks!

There are some special notches in there at each end, with fabric pads to keep from scratching it. You wouldn't miss it if it were there.

Buy a Husky digital liner from AutoAnything using a coupon! (Note: WeatherTech is over priced)

it seems i may have misunderstood the actual topic. Are you talking about the cargo liner tha goes on the floor of the trunk or the cargo liner that can slide back and fourth to cover the trunk area.

I read it as the cargo cover to keep peeping eyes from seeing in.

He has a Prius C 3. So he would want the cargo cover that is solid, not a roll up like the Prius has.

It is an entirely different animal on a C, Greg.

The storage location is tucked up behind the back seat........which you would NEVER guess unless you see someone put it there.

Hey guys, here is a pic of the cargo cover for a Prius C. I just bought a 2012 Prius C 3 and am missing one as well (forgot to ask for it). Part # is 64330-52410-B3; Toyota dealers want $280 for it (it must be made of platinum:). Not seeing any for sale on eBay; salvage yards yet. Any other leads on where to find one? Cheers-

Your best bet would be to find someone like myself who gave it away for free by hitting up the buy / sell / trade area's on facebook.

I usually get all of my new parts from LithiaToyotaParts and have bought enough to have a my own discount code that you are welcome to use on check out there. It's BrandonMost5 which will take 5% off. It's still going to run you about $200 for a new one though. I can tell you the SF Bay Area Craigslist usually has quite a few being parted out so it might be worth a shot at seeing if anyone wants to ship one.

I have a cheap solution. I bought a black bath towel and cut four tiny slits along the long side of the towel. Two of the slits are along the middle of the side and about one inch from the edge of the black towel. These match up with the posts for the center headrest, and the posts from the center headrest are slid through the holes to hold the towel in place. Next spread out the towel and cut two more slots where the towel stretches to meet the folding seat releases on the left and right sides of the top of the back seat. Hang the towel on these knobs too. Now you have a flexible, black cover, and when anyone looks in the back window, all they see is black and the cargo area looks empty. Even if they look very closely all they see is a black towel. I have used the same black towel for three years now and although the sun is fading it, this trick still works. When it fades a little more, I will just flip the towel over to the other side of thetowel which is still very dark andunfaded. I hope you find this useful. Itworked very well for me.

Wow nice Scott. Do you mind posting a picture of the towel?
