2005 prius wont engage drive... abs related issue

Well so far I have the inverter removed from my prius and by the looks of it, it does appear to have had some sort of liquid spilled on the inside. The right side of it (closest to the fuse panel where you jumpstart the car) looks like a dried up lake would look in the desert. The metal is sort of peeling and cracked. And underneath the whole inverter there appears to be signs of the red coolant dripping onto the the main motor housing or whatever you call the big transmition looking thing that the temp and speed sensor are attached to. My radiator (the other cooling system) resivor does seem to be low in coolant. I can't even see any in the actual overflow tank that sits above the passenger side radiator fan. When I open the radiator cap it looks full but the liquid looks rust colored and non-transparent, not like the clean transparent red looking coolant that came out of the inverter resivor and hoses. And the dealer told me that they had replaced my fluids along with my engine water pump (not my hybrid system water pump). I know the hybrid system pump has been recalled and the dealer charged me like 600$ to replace the engine water pump and fluids.
