    Nah. Broke up with a GF and moved back closer to work. My commute is now 38 miles instead of 98. Unfortunately I only have 110v charging at my apartment so I often use gas where I wouldn't need to if I has 220v. But since charging there is free I won't complain.

    In raw cabin volume, the upcoming Volt sounds like it won't be far off from the Prius. The current Prius is on the small side of mid-size. It has the EPA cabin space of the Cruze, less than the new Corolla, and even less than the gen2 Prius. It just trumps them in cargo space, which may make the cabin seem bigger with it being a hatchback.

    my thing would be rear leg room and hatch length and width. generally speaking, the front seats typically get plenty of space.

    You must have gotten the latest GPS firmware from Toyota. The GPS was pointing you to the Toyota Murai, not the Volt 2.0.

    back to business, if gen IV pip disappoints, i wouldn't mind picking up one of the used 20k volts for 10k or whatever they are going for by then, while i'm waiting for the 200 mile ev.:)

    Hopefully they don't treat the next PIP as an afterthought. There is a lot of potential and Toyota has the technology to make it great.
