Is that the one with the beautiful DARK BLUE Camry?

Why can't the Prius come in that color?

 

"Time to move forward". That just has to make GM quiver.

 

Is there a way to watch this Camry video on John's website if you have an iMac? Instructions say to right click and save target as. Can't seem to do that on my iMac.

Well, you can download the file by holding down the Control key then click on the link. But QuickTime doesn't play this type of file - avi mp4v2.

That'd be 'blue ribbon metallic'. It would look very sharp on a Prius.

I just tried with a new Mac laptop using OS 10.4.6 and QT 7.0.4 (both latest versions). One gets an alert that a component is missing. But no clue as to what the component is. The audio is fine, but the video is white. The video plays fine on Windows in Media player 10. Maybe the unit you tried at the Apple store had an additional codec that is not stock with QuickTime on the Mac. Do you know what codec needs to be installed? Do you know how this avi file was encoded?

Ah, ok. Sorry for being dense. I was looking at the Apple QuickTime website (this is what the QT player directs one to). The codec is not located there. A quick Google turns up the codec though. Thanks John.

 

I know Toyota makes that beautiful dark blue in other cars. I saw a 4runner(?) in the same gorgeous dark blue in the staff parking lot.

I want a beautiful dark blue Prius! Maybe 2007 or 2008? After what I've read about the redesign I'm not sure I want a the new redesigned 2009 Prius. I like it the way it is and with a hatchback. As little chrome as possible.

Dark blue Prius, gray interior. Ah....my dream car. I'd even splurge to get the highest package...since it would probably be my retirement car.
