So I've had this code come up and go off multiple times its P0A93 which has to do with the inverter Coolant pump, and all the posts I've read about it here, none of them had an intermittant problem with it. LIke it will come on and then I let it sit overnight adn it will go off. When I take the cap off the resovour there is turbulance in the coolant and i've bled it many times. It came on and shut off 2 times on my drive to New York 3 weeks ago but then didn't come on again until today, almost 2500 miles later. And today when the light came on it listed these 4 codes

P0171 Oxygen sensor too lean (I'm pretty sure I just need a new sensor because I cleaned it before I went to NYC and it just came back on)
P0A3F Drive Motor "A" Position Sensor Circuit
    P0A93 Inverter Coolant Pump
P2195 Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Stuck Lean

If anyone can give me any advice on what they think it is that would be awesome. I'm thinking I probably just need to replace the pump and the O2 sensor but I don't know about the Drive moter "A" thing

Also I Plan on leaving in the next 10 days for a 6000 mile road trip...

What did you use to check the codes? Are you sure that they are all real and not caused by your code reader? Or bad 12V battery? Has your Prius been in the accident before? Rebuild?

P0171 and P2195 You have code from both sensors that system is lean. So it might actually be lean. Or you have leak in the exhaust. Or it might be sensors. You might want to look at live data to know more.

P0A3F can only be wiring, hybrid ecu, or transaxle.

P0A93 you should get the sub code. Is it 346 or 347?

The codes were from the guy at O'Riley's, so I don't know what they use just the thing that hooks under the dash.

It has a rebuilt title, and it was in an accident in the front driver side fender, the fender, light, hood and bumper were replaced but there was no frame damage.

After I bought it I had a code I can't remember what it was but it had to do with the inverter coolant, and they first said it was a false code, then it came on again and said the system just needed to be bled. So they did that and it came back on and said it needs to be bled mulitple times and then it will work. And then i haven't gotten that code again, but I have gotten other codes involving the inverter. I bought the car In Jan and have put 12,000 miles on it so I don't think I can take it back now and make them fix the issue...

How would I know I'd the codes are real or if j just need a new v12 battery? And if the system is too lean how to I go about fixing that? When the engine light comes on it does sputter like it isn't getting enough air but then. If I pull over and shut it off ans wait a few minutes before I turn it back on all returns to normal, except the light it still on.

You can check the 12v readings yourself....

You probably don't want to take it into the dealership as much as I wouldn't, but it sounds like you might have to. You don't want to chance your inverter overheating from a failed pump, that's one repair bill to avoid at all costs.
