Dark Gray in Silver Prius Five?

    Hello, I am curious if anyone has the dark gray interior in a prius five? I am wanting to get a Five in silver with the darkest interior possible though the dealer keeps telling me that Misty gray is the darkest and they dont make the dark gray interior. Thanks in advance!

    So I just got a call from the same dealer and in telling them this they said that ASH is lighter than misty... any other inputs? Sorry and thanks again!

    I did. The problem is the Dealer does not have the dark gray in stock, and says the five trim doesnt exist. Toyota says it does and calls it Ash and the dealer said ash is lighter... there has been no consistent answer hence the starting of this thread and am still with out any new information :-/ Thank you.

    I would also try to build a Prius on Truecar.com and then call the dealers!

    Dark grey was hard to find for me, in my area. Only one dealer out of about 7 had it for the trim and color I wanted. You might have to hold off (which I did initially, when the first dealer I dealt with was pushing me towards a misty interior).

    I'm glad I waited. The interior is of such low quality that anything light would probably show dirt right away (although the dark grey shows marks really easily too, on the door panels).

    Dark Grey - medium-ish to charcoal grey, depending who you ask. Monotone 2010-2011. 2012-2015 have a black dashboard, door panels and centre console with a somewhat lighter seat and door panel insert for contrast. It's more noticeable on cloth-equipped models. The photo I show below is of the SofTex-equipped model (If you want real leather, it was only offered in 2010/2011. 2012-2015 switched to synthetic SofTex which is 50% lighter than leather and emits 90% less VOCs)

    Misty Grey - Very light grey, almost like a cream white. Two-tone (sorta. Door panel fabric inserts and centre console lid in contrasting dark grey) for 2010/2011. Monotone for 2012-2015.

    Beige - Self-explanatory but note it is quite light. No change for all years.

    Note that all years have a light grey headliner and pillar colour regardless of interior colour choice (so some may not like the fact that a beige interior has a light grey headliner instead of a beige headliner)

    Not to be confused with other labels that Toyota uses for its interior such as Stone (medium grey), Bone (beige), Bisque (the lightest beige Toyota offers), Red Rock (reddish brown), Oak (a darker shade of beige) etc etc etc.

    Anyway, here are some pics. I'll organise it by interior colour so you can see the differences in the years.

    Dark Grey 2012-2015. Door panel fabric inserts are slightly different in shade. Also, the dashboard and door panels are darker, almost black. This upholstery in this photo is SofTex. The contrast in the door panel inserts is more noticeable with cloth.
