Hey gang I was replacing a fender liner that was damaged from running over a box when I noticed there was some shoddily repaired wiring on the coolant recovery tank. Does anybody know what this green wire hooks to?

Looks like the green one and the white one with a black stripe have been cut. I notice that on this particular car when I power off I do not hear the pump run like my others. Is this why? I soldered the connections and heat shrank them as they were just twisted together and taped.

Unfortunetly I'm without another Prius to compare the wiring to, at this time.

I tested the pump by applying 12v from an external source and it seems to work just fine.
