    you cant update to the newest but i was able to updated to rooted (malysic rom) from xda forum and this fixes alot of stuffs from the stock rom. Things i noticed are radio static fix, rooted, and others that i havent time to play with.
    follow this and read them carefully and you should be set. GOod luck and happy modding.

    Improvements:
    ***Music over Bluetooth now for me.
    ***Radio no more fuzzy and static, no more turn off n then on.
    ***rooted
    ***sytem config has more options.
    *** system partition with more space 2gb

    So far I like it a lot over stock. The most improvement is my radio signal. Tried the rom over the trip from Sj to LA about 600+ miles without any issue for me. A lot of features I didn't get a chance to play with ,but the auto dim after sunset is great.

    I have my unit in and it is working well, but I can't figure out how to play music through the AUX IN port. I can usually just stream over bluetooth from my phone but I'd like to have the option of just plugging into the headphone jack. What am I missing?

    Maybe I missed it but do these utilize the OEM antenna for the radio? How does it hook up?

    Yes they do.

    BUT it was a case of a square plug into a round hole, as in the socket on the back of my Pumpkin head unit was what I consider the normal round type and the Toyota plug, that went into the back of my old radio, had a square plug. The auto-electrician who fitted my unit had to change the Toyota plug and it works fine.

    I have the upgrade "1024*600 Hi Resolution"(Nice), but I did not buy the 16GB memory upgrade. Get it!:)

    You're right! $30.0 for HD screen, $30.0 for Quad core, if you have JBL, another $25 for Canbus Decoder.

    i just received this unit and curious about stock reverse camera hook up.

    how would I hook it up to utilize the factory camera?

    My Prius II does not have a reverse camera and I did not install one because I thought it was too much trouble, but next project is to change the stock speakers! I also have a DVR camera!

    You gonna make your own harness. For the video input and connect your reverse in to the positive reverse light.

    could you elaborate?

    My assumption is find the reverse camera signal and somehow input it into the new headunit. but which wire to which and etc....

    Yes. Its worth the upgrade. My sound system is better than my wife's CT200h with leviton setup.

    You will need to ask the seller to send you the 4 plug harness otherwise your steering wheel control will not work.
