    I found this picture. What is the small light above the halogen headlight called? Is that a separately replaced bulb on top of the hid kit for the halogen headlight?

    It's the parking light. FYI, that picture is of a HID lowbeam, not a halogen light.

    Yup you can buy a led bulb to replace it.

    I disabled my DRL, here in Boston theres no point in DRL because they made a rule up that your headlights have to be actually on when it rains.

    What exact HID lowbeam light kit do you have and what exact parking light is that?

    Parking lights I bought from eBay there just regular led bulbs
