Anyone have any work done by him? Just wondering how it held up and if you have a review. I can not find one review for this guy. I am looking at him to get my battery replaced. He is by far the most affordable in my area.

ask him about his process and report back here with details. what is the warranty, that's probably the most important part of a rebuilt battery. that, and his ability to fulfill it, and convenience of location for you.

    According to their website:
We use state of the art computerized testing software along with our own custom made hardware to test hundreds of cells individually. They are given a score based on their Capacity and Resistance and are rated. Each Battery Cell that passes our tests is charged on our refurbishing charger to de-sulfate the battery cell and brings it back to life for longevity.

Cells that score within an acceptable range of each other are placed in the same pack. This ensures that the cells are properly balanced. We also clean all corrosion from the Bus Bars. Copper tabs that connect all the cells together using a chemical and mechanical process are cleaned thoroughly. We then place a protective coating on the Bus Bars to ensure the electrical integrity and the connections of the circuit. This process takes about 24 hours per Battery.

He said they are like Dorman batteries. He offers a 1 year warranty and for an additional 500$ a two year warranty. I see so many different ways people re manufacture the batteries though so not sure which one is the best. It will cost 1250$ without extended warranty. He will replace the battery in my driveway too.

no one knows which way is best, or exactly how anyone is doing it, no matter what they claim. that's why warranty is so important. by the time you buy it, your almost at the price of a new battery and a couple hundred to have it installed. if you decide to go with todd, i would be more comfortable going to his shop for a visit to make sure it's legit. ask him to show you work in progress. if it look's professional, and like a business that will be there when you need them, let him come do it in your driveway. also check the bbb for complaints.
