This is for 2013 Prius Two:
So after i read quite a bit on this site, i decided to go for the items on amazon posted by Sparis573. Bought the items thru prime and got em delivered in 2 days. I followed the instructions that came with the items and did not have to call or contact isimple for help. It says that the 1st dip switch should be down for 2012+ vehicles with non-nav touchscreens. Which this prius model is.
There is also a yellow page of rough step by step instructions saying you should wait at least three minutes after you press the push button once for the initializing. I did everything and BAM, i have siriusxm.

The #5 on the instructions i have posted is N/A on my vehicle, there was no place to plug it in, so it is just hanging in the back of the radio.
I did not use the auxiliary cord that came with the items. Couldnt figure that out and honestly i dont need it. I use an Android, woop woop.

Basically after you prepare the vehicle for setup (detach negative batyery, remove dashboard pieces, take the radio out and unplug everything )
1- take the harness and plug it into the Isimple gateway
2- plug the sx200 tuner to Port1 on the ismiple gateway (it is labeled), using the shorter cable that will come out of the box.
3- turn the dip switche 1 to on position which is down (2012+ vehicles with non nav touchscreen)
4- Connect the antenna to the tuner and place it somewhere on top of your car temporarily. If you are in a garage, park outside.
5- plug the female end of the harness to the back of the radio and make sure it is snug but do not force (it is not a click connect). Let the male end hang. I didnt need it. Connect the rest of the cables to the radio.
6- Connect the negative battery back on.
7- press the push start button ONCE and WAIT, WAIT, WAIT A LITTLE MORE, GO WASH YOUR HANDS OR SOMETHING.
8- Than press the MODE button on the steering wheel until you come back to the SAT and use the TUNE button on the radio and twist it couple times and when you see SiriusXm just wait for the signal.
9- Now you can find a place to mount your antenna (on top of the dash by the windshield works perfect like the rest of these guys said). It is ok to take the antenna off of the tuner while you are tucking it in and plug it back on there.

If you unplug the isimple gateway from the radio, than when you plug it back in to the radio you have to do the wait, wait again and use the mode button etc to get the signal, AGAIN.

I hope this helps. It is simple, try not to think too much than you lose control :)
