I must have spent 10 minutes googling this strange term, without success. Apparently dealers of other makes use this term, too. The full phrase on my receipt says "G.O.G. & SUPPLIES". It looks like the "G.O.G." charge ($18.85) refers to the oil, and the "SUPPLIES" charge ($1.51) refers to the "SHOP SUPPLIES". (I recently went to the dealer for a filter/oil change, tire rotation, & recall-related replacement of the front passenger-airbag sensors in my 2012 Prius c. It's Sunday so I can't call the dealer for an explanation.)
Jimbo, How did you know? I had never heard of this term. It seems to be a rare usage, but here it is on a Toyota dealer's official receipt.
I googled it. My dealer tops up lots of fluids, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, etc. and need a way to bill me for less than a whole container.

In Canada, it's just called "Shop Supplies" (which includes rags to clean their hands, washer fluids and other miscellaneous items. It's a flat rate per vehicle).
I was think along those lines. Really: they're gonna fill your tank? Regardless of how high or low it is?? Typically there is nothing but washer fluid that could maybe use a top up, and we need to pay thru the nose for that? Better camouflage it with a very obscure and esoteric acronym.
When our offspring go on vacation, I often get to take their vehicles under my wing. I'll detail the cr@p out of them, inside and out, and usually return them with the tank filled. But that's family!
I like what @Grit said the other day (another thread), about a passive-aggressive, painstaking, item-by-item inspection of the invoice. Question each unintelligible entry; youre paying for them.
strangely, when i take my car in, i tell them what i want. i don't let them tell me. so there's never anything on the invoice i don't understand. iow, if i want GOG, i'll ask for GOG, and i will know what i am paying for.
generally, but i've been to a dealer or two over the last 50 years. if i want GOG, i'll dang well ask for it! don't try slipping any GOG in when i'm not looking, i'll make you remove it!
Make sure you have them explain in detail each service & what happens if you don't have the service done. Bonus points if you can get them to say that you will be a hazard on the road killing people or something along the lines of that. Then reply, No problem I'll just steer toward the sidewalks and road barriers so no one gets hurt.
