    Prongs can be straightened, probably with a smaller screwdriver, just disconnect the 12v battery before attempting anything in the fuse box.

    It's probably
    1. not something you did or
    2. easily bent back, or
    3. not even there.
    I'd ask them to show you- if it's nowhere near where you were doing whatever, then you didn't do it.
    Bent prong should be easily fixable.
