P3006 but voltages seem OK

I replaced a couple modules in my battery pack several months ago and it was working great until a few weeks ago I drove it after it had been sitting a couple days and it threw code P3006. I logged all the block voltages with Torque while I put the battery under load and found a potential issue but I'm not sure how relevant it is. Block 16 on on line 283 drops from 1624 to 1296(the refresh rate is rather poor so it's about 7 seconds between readings) while the other blocks only drop to about 1450. Is this significant or are anomalies like this normal? If this is an issue, how would I go about fixing it? I don't have the equipment to do a full rebalance, just a single channel charger. I did make sure that the voltages on the modules I replaced were consistent with the pack.

    I plotted the data here

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

if your module voltages look consistent you may want to carefully examine the small metal voltage sensor tabs on your orange wiring harness. it is quite common for them to get brittle and crack and/or corrode from heat and/or electrolyte leakage from your modules. it's best to remove the wiring harness and with a small flat head screw driver or knife gently pry the voltage sensor tabs out of the wiring harness and inspect them by applying slight pressure with your fingers. you can also check for continuity using a volt meter.

i've seen many tabs that looked intact (visually) however after applying the slightest pressure with my fingers the tabs snapped clean off. it's fairly easy to crimp on a new ring terminal from a hardware store. (be careful NOT to cut the wire any shorter than you have to as you will run out of wire and you won't be able to reach your modules post) i've seen many p3006 codes that were resolved by replacing brittle, non-continuous tabs. good luck!
