I destroyed my radiator drain plug and purge plug (not on purpose) and Im having a hard time replacing them. I am 99% sure the radiator is aftermarket. I bought the one Autozone said is the replacement but it's way too small. There are some numbers on the radiator itself but I couldn't find anything online. Looking for any advice.

    thanks

Try your dealer as that part looks OEM or an indy radiator repair shop.

You might be able to grasp the little stub that is left with a pair of pliers and open it. Orientate the pliers like so:

Radiator drain cock (that's what its called :p) -x V pliers

Might not work like this -x > pliers

The reason this was such a pain is because the *&@*&# that "fixed" my car before selling it to me put a drain cock, a rather large one at that (had to be careful with my wording there), in the coolant temperature sensor. I realized when I saw a normal radiator that had the drain cock on the side, this also explained the loose connector in my engine bay.

Funny story I actually had 2 water pump bolts break off in the engine block, I'd take the chewed up drain cock over those bolts any day of the week.
