    Hi Everyone,

My name is Tina I am new on here and need some guidance.

Yesterday I got the "red triangle" and check engine light along with these 3 codes:
P0A80 - replace hybrid battery pack
    P3019 - battery block 9 becomes weak
    P3000 - battery control system

In April of this year I have the entire battery replaced, in September I got the triangle again and one cell was replaced under warranty. My warranty is good through April 2016, however I'm afraid that this new code P3000 is going to be something not included in my warranty.

Can anyone provide any insight on what could potentially be wrong? This is a 2006 Prius with approximately 208,000 miles. I'm not sure this is worth it anymore especially if I have to keep putting in more money.

Help! Any information would be appreciated!

    Have a great day!
    Tina

I don't think you have to worry about anything else for now, just address the weak battery block 9. Whoever you got the battery from, they need to redo it again.

This guy is a mobile mechanic but failed to disclose he is not mobile on warranty work. Trying to get them out to me is like talking to a wall I get nowhere it's really unprofessional. I'm still waiting for a response from him.

What is the name of the company you bought it from and... How far away is he if you drive to him?

I don't have the exact name on me it's at home but I know he is in Westminster and I have in San Fernando it's over an hour away. I don't want to chance driving it there and probably too much to tow it there.

If it's Hybrid 911.......don't let their name fool you. They know very little about hybrid battery rebuilding.

if you have a friend with AAA plus membership, you can tow it there for free

So with AAA I could tow it there, would I be able to tow it back in the event it's not repaired?

With a AAA plus membership, you can get 100 miles free tow. The regular AAA membership only gives you 7 miles.

Yes you can have it towed there and next day have it towed back. If it's under warranty, I'm sure all they'll do is replace a module and send you on your way.
