More to the point, how did you measure it?
Do you have accurate records of fillups and mileage for several previous tanks (*not* the car's own MPG readings), and the same for after you installed the add-ons?

    Best price was Amazon.

I keep a written record of mileage, fill ups etc.,. It's the real thing. Problem with a hybrid is that I do not fill up all that often. And that is great problem to have.

    How would they know?
I thought that Priuses are exempt from VET checks.
Wouldn't you be able to keep the original intake and revert to the OEM setup for the smog check?

    Disclaimers:
    1. I'm skeptical of any claims for improved performance or economy.
If Toyota could really improve the economy of a car that they sell based on how economical it is by putting cheaper intake than the one that they're already using, then why aren't they doing so?

    2. A 1973 Chevelle SS 454 is CARB compliant, so I think that we can give tuners a bit of a break on intake mods from the standpoint of emissions.
    Just sayin.

After reading about guys talking about it here:
Injen performance intake for Prius C - review | PriusChat
I decided to try it out. I'm very happy with the purchase so far. I'm in CA so I'm wondering how the no CARB sticker will play into getting it looked at in the future, but after trying my car out with the new intake it's hard to imagine giving up.

    Amazon

I bought mine here for $198. With the % back from ebay bucks it was worth buying through ebay than amazon, even if it was a small 2%ish kickback

Yes, like any other hybrids... my injen CAI equipped C gets 54 MPG in warmer temps and now it dipped to 52 or so w/ the temps in 40 - 50's.
I'm not sure if it ever really helped w/ MPG... more w/ maybe engine throttle response and louder noise... or just placebo effect...hmmmm but it does look nice under the hood!
