I have the 2007 model, and love it: however, I cannot STAND the motion/shock sensor in the key fob. It sets the car alarm off all the time, and it is really frustrating. Is there a way to turn off this sensor in the key fob?

Hi- the fob is not aftermarket, its the standard one.

Sometimes, if I drop my keys or they jostle too much, the alarm goes off. I thought it was some sort of shock sensor. Maybe its just getting shook so much that the red panic button is thinking its getting pushed?
I guess I can use super glue on the panic button and see if that fixes the problem.
