My Prius just threw this fault and the whole dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. The Triangle of death appeared. The next day all faults cleared from the dashboard. What does this mean?

welcome! could be a bad 12 volt, or the beginning of inverter cooling pump death. how many miles on her? if you take the cover off the pump reservoir with the car 'ready', is there movement of the fluid?

Thanks for answering. She has 137,000 miles.

Yes, not like the ocean but definitely see movement

The inverter pump was replaced by the dealer in 2011 as a recall item.

Replaced last year by dealer. The car also threw fault C1241

Does fault P0A93 cause fault C1241 - are they related

Yes. DTC C1241 is reported by the skid control ECU and means that the voltage on the 12V bus is low.
DTC P0A93 is logged by the hybrid vehicle ECU and means that the inverter coolant pump is not doing its job. When the inverter overheats, the DC/DC converter will shut down which causes voltage on the 12V bus to sag.

The coolant pump may be getting intermittent, I suggest you have it replaced soon even if you see fluid turbulence since the car is logging those fault codes.
