About a month ago, I finally got my first Prius(2014 Two I think) and I couldn't be happier with it. I am slightly confused on which trim I have though, on the dealer's website it was listed as a One(it was in a fleet) but none of the paperwork I have specifically says it's a One, it just says 2014 Prius, and it has all the features of a Two so I don't know(VIN lookups show all models of the Prius). Regardless, it was practically a steal(it did have 46k miles on it though) and I couldn't pass it up.

Originally, I had been looking for a 2012 Prius C Three but the dealers that had them weren't willing to budge at all on the price so I kept looking and while I thought about the Prius, I figured it would be out of my price range. When I noticed this Prius though, I immediately jumped at the chance to see it and I have loved every second of it. I live in a big city(Atlanta) so the C would have been great but I'm loving everything about the regular Prius, I don't think I would go to something smaller.

I plan on having my aftermarket Sirius radio unit installed soon and then getting a backup camera shortly after that. I thought I would want navigation or voice recognition but those are features that I don't necessarily need since I use Siri while driving.

Anyway, thank you for reading and I look forward to joining in on more threads and conversations. :)

Congrats on your new little pod car! That's what I call mine anyway. ;-) You'll love the amazing gas mileage! And silver is a great color, but perhaps i'm a little biased. heh heh

I suspect you have a Prius Two, that happened to be in a fleet.

If I remember right, the Prius One was very spartan. And Toyota made very few of them. But at least as presented in 2010, The "fleet" Prius I was sans Cruise Control or even a smart key.

So if you have either of those things I think you can assume your vehicle is NOT a Prius One.

Another metro-Atlantan here! I've been lurking here at PC and contemplating a move to a Prius for a while... The amount of envy I felt upon seeing the picture of your new ride makes me think that I need to go ahead and pull the trigger. Love the silver!

If you set up an account at the Toyota Owners site (I'd put the url, but I don't think I have enough posts yet) it should tell you the trim level of your prius.

The Jeep dealer that I bought mine from used had it listed as a base model. I knew it was a four or five. Setting up an account let me know it was a five and gave me access to all of the services that had been done by the previous owner at the dealership they bought it from.

Really? That's awesome. So you just have to register at Toyota.com and put in your VIN number and you can get a complete vehicle history, maintenance and all??

If the service was done at a Toyota dealer, it should be included in the vehicle history on the website. If the work/maintenance was done somewhere else, it needs to be manually inputted (by you or the previous owner). I think that mine has all of the vehicle history, but that is with assuming that the previous owner had everything done at the dealership. Since there are oil changes and tire rotations listed every 5k and the carfax didn't have anything listed, I hope I'm right in that assumption.
