My back wiper makes no noise at all. Wait! I don't have a back wiper! No problem!

    Air Conditioning:
In S-Flow Mode, priority for the airflow is given to the front seats, reducing the airflow and air conditioning effect on the rear seats. If a passenger is not detected in the front passenger seat, priority for the airflow will be given to the driver's seat only. However, air will always be blown from the side outlet at the front passenger seat. In automatic mode, when the rear doors are opened or closed, S-Flow mode is cancelled.

If your passenger turns on their seat heater ( I have a 4 ) a light comes on next to the drivers seat heater switch giving you a visual indication that the passenger side is on.

    • Sun visors are no longer fabric covered and are back to vinyl. (No ticket holder or extension)
    • Vanity light comes on the moment the mirror cover is slid open. On the Gen 3, you can use the mirror without the vanity light. To turn on the vanity light in the Gen 3, you would slide the mirror cover past a click.
    • Overhead switches (moonroof model) are now illuminated in the Gen 4.

On the sides (or end) of the dash, hidden by the door, is a easily removable panel that gives you access to space to hide any additional circuitry / wiring that you might have.

In the engine compartment between the front of the grill and the engine, is a cover that covers a huge( compared to the gen 3 ) space. Hmm.. a couple of big horns could go in there....

Voice calling is much easier now. You just press the voice switch and tell her to call the contact name.

I guess this isn't an obscure fact... wrong thread. How does one delete a post??

    Even though the Forum now incorporates a rather (imho) bland font in the PC logo - the Gen IV still uses the good ol' fashion Dodger Font - as seen here in the trunk;

... and just like on my rear window sticker . . . . which the PC store no longer sees fit to carry . . . despite several PC members texting me or sending notes, "where can I get one of those"? Sorry newbs wanting the old style window sticker ... you're S.O.L. until further notice. Now I can direct questions to the OP's thread.

Or you're two-fisting it. And then you have a bigger reason for the car to suggest you pull over.

So I'm hoping for an obscure fact but I found the grocery hooks in my cargo area but they are pretty useless for reusable bags. So I wonder if there is any other use for those hooks?

Those hooks are also used for holding up the deck board while you access the jack and spare tire. See page 533 in your manual.

That would be great, if she had a spare tire.

    scratch that.

It can hold up the decklid while accessing the can of fix a flat.

For those without a spare, you still need access to the air compressor and the fix a flat bottle.

Are you sure about that? All doors closed and wait 5 minutes sure?

Rubber-only replacement has been the case on a slew of previous Hondas we've had, and the current 3rd gen. You even need to recycle the stainless steel reinforcing strips.

My footwell lights fade out after a minute or two of the car being completely shut. It's kind of like checking the fridge light goes off when the door closes, I agree, but I'm pretty sure about this. I've looked right after closing all the doors, footwell lights still on. Come back in a minute or two, they're off.

AThiker was saying they never go out.
