stop going to the dealer for repairs of basic things like what you have listed, any shop can fix these items for a lot less..
tires,struts,bearing and brakes can be done anywhere its an 11 year old car, you dont need factory parts with the 400% mark up and $100 an hour labor shop around..the dealer replaces parts based on miles not what the car really needs..my 05 had 215,000 miles on the original battery pack,struts,wheel bearing and was on its 3rd set of brakes so unless you drive over potholes constantly I doubt you need all that work

 

Given the car's odometer reading it would not be surprising that it needs new tires and suspension struts. Failing wheel bearings are noisy. Do you hear that noise when the car is moving?

These are relatively minor repairs and should not cost so much. I suggest you get additional quotes to make sure that the repairs are needed.

There is no guarantee how long your car will "last" as that partly is a function of how well you continue to maintain it. For example, if you let engine coolant or engine oil levels drop down, the engine may be destroyed. The traction battery, inverter, transaxle, or air conditioner compressor could die at any minute.

My 2004 has logged 216K miles and is running very well as a daily driver. However not everyone will be able to achieve that milestone without a serious repair being necessary at some point along the way.
